Doctor dies of malaria contracted during UN mission
A doctor from Serbia's military clinic VMA has died from a grave form of malaria she contracted as a member of a UN mission in Central African Republic.
Olivera Jovanovic was admitted to the Clinic for Infective and Tropical Diseases on July 6 in a serious conditions and exhibiting signs of multiple organ failure, the Ministry of Defense announced on Tuesday.
Nigerian man arrested at Athens airport for drug trafficking
Greek police have arrested a Nigerian man for possession of heroin at the Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport in Athens, Sunday. Officers of the Attica Narcotics Department apprehended the 37-year-old Nigerian when he landed in Athens, flying from Uganda via Constantinople. The man had swallowed 1.285 grams of heroin in small packs.
Special Court convicts Darko Saric to 20 years in prison
Darko Saric was sentenced on Monday to 20 years in prison for trafficking 5.7 tons of cocaine from Latin America to Western Europe.
All other members of his group on trial have also been found guilty.

Turkey Gives 100,000 Vaccines to Bulgaria
Turkey will be donating 100,000 vaccines to Bulgaria in order to ensure that the preventative procedures will b uphold according to the schedule outlined by the Healthcare Ministry.
The announcement was made by healthcare Minister Petar Moskov at a news conference Wednesday.
In return, Bulgaria will be supplying Turkey with anti-tuberculosis vaccines.
