Russia Simulated a Nuclear Strike in Kaliningrad
The Russian army today simulated a nuclear strike during an exercise in the Kaliningrad exclave.
Kaliningrad is located between Lithuania, Poland and the Baltic Sea.
As part of today's exercise, about 100 Russian troops launched "electronic launches" of Iskander mobile ballistic missiles, the German Defense Ministry said.

Bulgarian PM: Energy is Being Used as a Weapon

Bulgaria will repair Ukrainian military equipment, the National Assembly decided.
The parliament gives a mandate to the government to take measures to provide assistance to Ukraine - humanitarian, financial and military-technical, announced the Speaker of the National Assembly Nikola Minchev, listing the types of support included in the decision:

Shoigu stated that peaceful life is being established on the territories of the self-proclaimed Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics (LNR / DNR) and Ukraine, which are under the control of Russian forces.

Russia bombs Lviv
There are power outages in the city after a Russian air strike, Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadoviy said on Telegram.
"As a result of the missile strike, two power substations were damaged - there is no electricity in part of the city," he said.
