Countdown starts for Istanbul Shopping Fest
The Istanbul Shopping Fest (ISF), which was initiated seven years ago to make the city a shopping destination and a center of attraction, will be organized between July 1 and 16.
The event will provide the joy of modern and traditional shopping with Design ISF pavilions that will be set up in malls and close to the Grand Bazaar.

Shops to open on Sunday ahead of Easter holidays
The SELPE association of Greek retail businesses on Tuesday announced opening hours for the week ahead of Greek Orthodox Easter on Sunday, April 16.
According to the announcement, shops including supermarkets will be open on Sunday, April 9, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Monday through Thursday next week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The Greek grocery shop that’s taking New York by storm!
Giannis (John) Ziotas was born in the small village of Roupakia in the island of Lefkada and he remembers growing up with his six brothers and sisters that there was never enough food on the table. Competition watchdog clears Marinopoulos takeover
The Competition Commission on Thursday issued its conditional approval of the Sklavenitis supermarket group's takeover of the outlets of its bankrupt rival Marinopoulos, demanding the sale of 22 stores belonging to the two chains (19 of them in Attica), and the increased protection of suppliers with a high dependence on the two major retailers.
