BOR – Serbian Defense Minister Bratislav Gasic has said that certain people can be expected to be relieved of their duties in the Serbian Armed Forces (VS) because of earlier abuse of office, but for now, the VS and the Defense Ministry work like a good and well-coordinated team.
Serbian News Agency Editor Beaten in Belgrade
Pasalic was set upon close to his apartment in the Novi Beograd district on Thursday night by three men who beat him up after he refused to give them money.
They also called him an ‘Ustasa’, a supporter of the fascist regime that led Croatia during WWII as a puppet state of Nazi Germany.

Serbia in Great War exhibition opens
BELGRADE - The exhibition Serbia in the Great War, which is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the start of World War One, was opened at Dom Vojske Srbije in Belgrade on Wednesday.
The exhibition covers 18 themes in chronological order and includes 270 documents and photos to help understand the topic and offer new insights into World War One.

BELGRADE - The website of the Serbian daily Kurir was brought down due to the key attack which came from Croatia, and the Serbian police are cooperating with its colleagues so as to determine who is behind the attack, Serbian Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic has said.
The daily Kurir reported to the Interior Ministry several attacks on the website committed on June 23-24.
