Armored vehicles from Russia exhibited for the first time, Vucic: Thank you, Putin!

Serbia's President Aleksandar Vucic arrived at Nis military quarters to see the new BRDM 2 (Boyevaya Razvedyvatenaya Dozornaya Mashina - Combat Reconnaissance/Patrol Vehicle) within the presentation of weapons and military equipment of the Serbian Armed Forces.
President Vucic thanked the Russian Federation and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

On that occasion, Vucic said that Serbia, as a true friend and trusted partner, will always be a strong support for the RS, the Serb entity in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

"Serbia will always, respecting the Dayton agreement, support various infrastructure and other projects in the RS, as well as joint work to foster our cultural and spiritual ties," Vucic emphasized.

Vucic to replace military brass, including army chief

This news was later confirm. The first on the list should be the head of the General Staff of the Serbian Army General Ljubisa Dikovic, who will retire.

In addition to Dikovic, the heads of military services will remain without their jobs, and a new deputy chief of the General Staff will be appointed as well as a new commander of the Special Brigade.

Vulin is visiting as the envoy of Aleksandar Vucic, the president of Serbia and the Supreme Commander of the Serbian Army, the MoD said on its website.

Serbia Arrests Eight Foreigners On Suspicion Of Spying

Serbia has arrested eight foreign citizens, including two Americans and two Ukrainians, on suspicion that they tried to photograph and enter military facilities without authorization, officials said.

State-run RTS TV said the U.S. and Ukrainian citizens allegedly tried to take shots of the military intelligence headquarters in downtown Belgrade with a drone.
