THE HAGUE - The prosecution of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on Monday requested that the decision to grant indictee Vojislav Seselj provisional release be annulled and said that his conduct following his return to Serbia has been undermining the grounds of the decision to release him.

ICTY publishes Serbian letter of guarantees for Seselj
THE HAGUE - The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) has published a letter by President of the National Council for Cooperation with the ICTY Rasim Ljajic concerning Serbia's willingness to provide guarantees for Vojislav Seselj's possible provisional release, on condition that Seselj complies with all the requirements set by the relevant Trial Chamber.
