Turkish Airlines signs deal with Lebanon's MEA
Turkey's national flag carrier, Turkish Airlines, signed a new cooperation agreement with Lebanon's Middle East Airlines (MEA) on May 4.
During a ceremony at the Rafiq Hariri International Airport in Beirut, Turkish Ambassador to Lebanon Çağatay Erciyes said the deal would encourage more visitors from Turkey.

Athens-New York gets a little closer x 3
Delta Airlines, United Airlines and American Airlines will operate a connection from Athens to New York during the summer of 2016. Alternate Tourism Minister Eleni Kountoura announced that these new flights are to take place, while also revealing that she had proposed that Aegean Airlines link Greece to North America so that a reliable Greek airline reactivates the line.

Passengers nightmare! Plane bounces and sways in gale-force winds while trying to land (vids)
A KLM passenger plane swayed side to side as its pilot struggled to land it at Manchestor airport just as Storm Desmond hit. Strong guts of winds bounced it up and down as its wheels hit the runway, blowing it back into the air.
