Bulgarian PM Borisov will go on a Visit with Pope Francis

Prime Minister Boyko Borisov will meet with the head of the Roman Catholic Church on May 24th. Today the prime minister leaves for a visit to Rome and tomorrow (May 25th) will be received by Pope Francis in the Vatican. Bosnians Trade Accusations Over Blocked Migrants' Convoy

Police in southwest Bosnia have stopped five buses containing migrants and refugees from Sarajevo from going to the Salakovac asylum centre near the city of Mostar.

They intercepted the buses when they arrived in Konjic, between Sarajevo and Mostar. Cantonal police then told them they cannot go any further, N1 media reported.

Bosnia Deploys Police to Border to Stop Migrants

Denis Zvizdic, the chair of Bosnia's Council of Ministers, on Thursday said police will be reassigned to help the border police service secure Bosnia's borders and stop illegal crossings.

This is one of the measures of the draft of the emergency plan that the Council of Ministers adopted earlier this week, which is expected to be confirmed soon.
