PM asks EU to show 'active solidarity' on migration
As he arrived on Thursday for a two-day summit in Brussels to hammer out the European Union's joint seven-year budget, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis called for "active solidarity" from the bloc to help Greece deal with migration.

18-year-olds are set to receive a travel pass under the fourth and latest round of DiscoverEU, which attracted some 75,000 applications from across Europe. Eurogroup head did not criticize any country or region, spokesman says
The chairman of eurozone finance ministers Jeroen Dijsselbloem did not criticize any particular country or region, his spokesman said after Dijsselbloem's remarks, seen as negative toward southern Europe, sparked calls for his resignation.
Rally held in Oraiokastro to support refugee pupils
Holding banners reading "We accept refugees, isolate the fascists," demonstrators on Tuesday gathered outside Oraiokastro Town Hall to pledge solidarity with refugee children attending schools in the town near Thessaloniki.
The gathering was organized by the local women's association and members of the People's Committee of Oraiokastro, and also included a march through the town.
