Harrison Ford's 'Star Wars' script sold at uaction

An original draft "Star Wars" script left in a London apartment by "Han Solo" actor Harrison Ford sold at a U.K. auction for £10,795 ($13,600) on Feb. 17.

The script was used when Ford was in London for the filming of the first instalment of the epic saga, originally entitled "The Adventures Of Luke Starkiller," at Elstree Studios north of London.

Carrie Fisher's Walk of Fame star provokes family wars

Late "Star Wars" actor Carrie Fisher was honored with a star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame Thursday, in a ceremony overshadowed by a bitter feud among her family.

Fisher, who played Princess Leia in the highest-grossing sci-fi film franchise of all time, died of a heart attack in 2016. She is survived by her daughter, actor Billie Lourd.

A 46-year-old local man from the northwestern province of Edirne has turned his property into a museum dedicated to Star Wars, with many artifacts, toys and products affiliated to the world-renowned motion-picture series he collected in nearly three decades.

"I was only 15 when I developed a love for Star Wars," Cihat Uygun, an e-commerce entrepreneur, told Demirören News Agency.
