Law on Employment of Foreigners adopted
BELGRADE - The Serbian parliament adopted on Tuesday the Law on Employment of Foreigners, which allows foreign nationals to enter into temporary and occasional employment contracts for a period of up to three months in a calendar year, while temporary residence exceeding 90 days is envisaged for foreigners who join their family members in Serbia.
