Crete rattled by earthquake
A 4.2 magnitude earthquake struck the island of Crete on Sunday morning, at approximately 7.30 am.
The epicenter of the quake was located six kilometers south of Tympakio in the Irakleio administrative region, at a depth of 19.6 kilometers.

5.2 magnitude earthquake strikes off west coast of Crete
A magnitude 5.2 earthquake struck off the west coast of Crete on Tuesday evening, the National Observatory of Athens has said.
The epicenter of the quake, which occurred at 6.36 p.m., was in an underwater area 98 kilometers southwest of Kythera.
The focal depth was estimated at 14 kilometers.
Earthquake rattles island of Gavdos
A 3.9-magnitude-earthquake struck the southern island of Gavdos on Saturday, according to the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens.
The epicenter of the quake was located 27 kilometers southwest of the island, at a depth of 13 kilometers.

Earthquake Measuring 3,5 Registered in Blagoevgrad Region
An earthquake with a magnitude of 3,5 on the Richter scale and at a depth of 13 kilometers was registered on the territory of Blagoevgrad region (southwestern Bulgaria) this night at 02:31 am, reported the National Institute of Geophysics, Geodesy and Geography of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
Earthquake strikes Evia, no damage or injuries
An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 3.7 struck the island of Evia on Wednesday, but there were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
The Geodynamic Institute said the quake struck shortly after 9 a.m. local time around 24 kilometers south of the coastal town of Kymi at a depth of 5 kilometers.
The earthquake was felt in Athens.

4.5-magnitude quake hits off Crete
A magnitude 4.5 earthquake struck 87 kilometers south of Ierapetra on the island of Crete on Wednesday at 4.09 a.m., according to the National Observatory of Athens' Geodynamic Institute.
The US Geological Survey (USGS) said the quake had a magnitude of 5 and occurred at a depth of 13.97 kilometers.

A 6.2 Magnitude Earthquake Shook Indonesia's Tanimbar Region
A 6.2 magnitude earthquake shook the Indonesian Tanimbar region, Reuters reported.
The Agency cites a communication from the European Mediterranean Seismological Center.
According to the center, the depth of the earthquake is 49 km.
The Indonesia Geophysics Agency also said there was no tsunami potential from the quake.
5.6 Earthquake Off the Coast of Indonesia
An earthquake of magnitude 5.6 on the Richter scale has been recorded in the Ceram Sea off the coast of Indonesia, the Euro-Mediterranean Meteorological Center reported.
The earthquake was registered late last night. The epicenter is located 272 kilometers south of Sorong in West Papua and is 30 kilometers deep.
There are no reports of casualties or destruction.

A 6.2 magnitude earthquake was registered southwest of Indonesia's Aceh Autonomous Region on Sumatra Island, Reuters reported, citing the American Geophysical Institute.
