Bulgarian Enterprises Mandated to Include Sustainability Reports in Annual Activity Statements
The Bulgarian Parliament has approved amendments to the Accounting Law, mandating that enterprises include a sustainability report in their activity reports. This new requirement, effective for the 2024 accounting year, aims to provide a comprehensive view of corporate sustainability by analyzing both financial and socio-economic impacts of a company's activities.

Finland is world's happiest country for seventh year: Study
Finland remained the world's happiest country for a seventh straight year in an annual U.N. sponsored World Happiness Report published on March 20.
And Nordic countries kept their places among the 10 most cheerful, with Denmark, Iceland and Sweden trailing Finland.
Compared to the previous year, Türkiye has climbed eight places in the list and is now ranked 98th.

World Happiness Report: Bulgaria is Ranked 96th in the World
UN experts announce Finland as the happiest country in the world for the third consecutive year, BNR reported, citing AFP.
The researchers conducted a large-scale survey of their World Happiness Report among residents of 156 countries to evaluate their happiness levels, taking into account factors such as GDP, social support, personal freedom and levels of corruption.
