The 2,700-year-old rock tombs in the northern province of Kastamonu's Taşköprü district, which are unique in Türkiye, are disappearing due to neglect.
The rock tombs, which are located in Donalar village, feature animal figures from many civilizations that make them unique in the country.

EU grants Turkish garlic geographical indication
The EU on April 16 granted protected geographical indication (PGI) registration to the Taşköprü garlic from the Black Sea province of Kastamonu.
Residents in the province celebrated the completion of a three-month waiting period for granting the registration.

The bridge, literally translated to "stone bridge," is considered one of the oldest bridges in the world.
