Suicide Bomber Kills 10 in Afghanistan's City of Jalalabad
KABUL (Reuters) - A suicide bomber blew himself up on Tuesday in the Afghan city of Jalalabad, killing at least 10 people, government officials said, but no militant group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.

The leader of a local affiliate of the Islamic State, known as Islamic State Khorosan, or ISIS-K, Sheikh Abdul Hasib was killed, said the president Ashraf Gani, quoted by France Press Agency, reported Dnevnik.
