A 3-year-old boy was slightly injured on Sunday in a traffic accident outside a polling station in Ierapetra on the island of Crete, shortly before noon. 

The incident occurred in the settlement of Gra Lygia, outside the 5th Primary School, which was serving as a polling station. 

A serious accident happened last night on the capital's "Slivnitsa" boulevard. A 23-year-old boy and a girl, apparently aged 19, died at the scene while crossing a pedestrian crossing after being hit by an 18-year-old driver.

Two young people died in an accident last night in Vidin.

According to initial information from the police, the driver, who is 23 years old, was driving at an unreasonable high speed. He crashed into a pole, on the right side of the road.

He died on the spot along with a 19-year-old young man who was traveling in the front seat.

The police in Sofia are looking for a driver who hit an elderly person on the Northern expressway. The incident happened late last night.

The man died on the spot after being hit by the car.

Because of the accident, the area was cordoned off for several hours, and traffic was difficult.

A passenger bus has slammed into a slowly moving truck on a highway in southwestern Egypt, killing at least 14 people, officials and local media say.

The crash took place late Wednesday in the New Valley province, according to its governor, Mohamed el-Zamout. Twenty-five others were injured, he added in a statement.
