Turkish Cargo, a division of Turkey's national flag-carrier Turkish Airlines, is adding Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur and the western Indian province of Ahmedabad to its flight network.

Turkey's flag carrier Turkish Airlines (THY) has exhibited a good performance despite major challenges, such as the MAX crisis and the move of operations to a new airport, said İlker Aycı, the chairman of THY's board of directors, adding that the carrier remains profitable.

A woman who was standing trial on charges of insulting a ground-service staff member of an airline company has been fined a total of 1,740 Turkish Liras ($295). The fine was split into installments of four payments.

Turkish fighter jets on Friday violated Greek national airspace in the northeastern Aegean 13 times, Greek defense sources said.
