What is normal or abnormal? Who can decide? Does it depend on the conditions in a country or international conjecture? Does the mood of a president, a prime minister or a police officer help to make a decision on it?

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davuto?lu visited the site of the March 13 car bomb attack in commemoration of the victims on March 17.

Arriving at the site at K?z?lay Square in Ankara with his wife, Sare Davuto?lu, the prime minister left cloves and prayed for the victims.

Davuto?lu also lifted the Turkish flags on the ground at the site to a higher level in a show of respect. 

The German Federal Foreign Office announced on March 17 that the German embassy in Ankara and the German consulate in Istanbul have been closed over the threat of a possible attack as German Foreign Minister said they received very serious terror attack intelligence against German representation offices in Turkey.

The Deutsche Schule in Istanbul has announced the suspension of classes for one day due to security reasons.
