Police officer in Turkey's Muğla dies after gun accidentally fires
A police officer was killed on Sept. 28 when a gun under his pillow allegedly fired accidentally in the Köyceğiz district of the Aegean province of Muğla, Doğan News Agency has reported.
Fatih Keskin, 42, who had been working as a police officer for 21 years, was allegedly killed when the gun under his pillow accidently fired and shot him in the head.

Austrian archaeological excavations in Turkey canceled amid diplomatic row
Excavations carried out for more than 100 years by the Austrian Archaeology Institute in the ancient city of Ephesus in western Turkey have been cancelled two months before scheduled this season, through a decision by the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
Court arrests captain over tour boat accident off Turkey's Antalya
An Antalya court ordered the arrest of the captain of a tour boat on Sept. 6 after an accident killed two people off the Mediterranean resort of Antalya last week, state-run Anadolu Agency has reported.
The captain, identified only as A.T., two staff members and the owner of the tour boat have been referred to court after testifying to the prosecutor.
