The so-called 'International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia' (ICTY) was established under the UN Security Council's Resolution 827, but because the Security council has no judicial authority it can not delegate to a court powers which it does not have itself. Therefore the ICTY is illegal under the UN's own rules.

UNFICYP on the Turkish “blockade” of aid to the occupied areas: “Unfortunate Development”

 

The United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) released the folloeing press release on the issue of the Turkish “blockade” of the aid to the Greeks of the occupied areas. The Turkish illegal regime wants to impose tariffs on the goods that enter the occupied parts of the islands from the free south, in a continues effort to slowly annex the northern part of Cyprus.
