Man arrested for online fraud targeting U.S. company
A 41-year-old man from Pirot in southern Serbia has been arrested for defrauding a U.S. company, Belgrade daily Vecernje Novosti is reporting.
T.M. used "social engineering techniques and false electronic accounts" to act as the owner of an non-existent Germany-based company, and receive USD 492,000 from the U.S. firm.
Vucic "ready to resign, schedule early elections for April"
PM Aleksandar Vucic is "close to a decision" to call early parliamentary elections, that would be held along with provincial and local ballots.

A 20-year-old man from the village of Siget near Novi Knezevac, northern Serbia, has been placed under arrest for committing acts of domestic violence.
The man, E.L., attacked and lightly injured his mother and younger brother, the police said, the daily Vecernje Novosti is reporting.

A patient named as V.V. has attacked and fatally injured a nurse in the Health Center in the town of Sabac, western Serbia.

Serbians kidnapped in Libya "located" - reports
Serbian citizens abducted in Libya have been located "near the town of Sabratha," the Belgrade daily Vecernje Novosti said it learned.
A convoy of Serbian embassy vehicles came under attack in this town on Sunday, when an embassy official and a driver were taken by the kidnappers.
