Support for Croat minority agreed
BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met on Tuesday with a delegation of the National Council of the Croat national minority in Serbia, headed by Council President Tomislav Zigmanov, to discuss concrete measures to improve the ethnic Croats' life in Serbia and establish more intensive cooperation.

Croatian citizen caught with 20 kilos of drugs
A 34-year-old Croatian citizen, whose initials are G.M., has been arrested.
The police found the drugs inside 37 packages hidden in a Croatian number plates Skoda car.

Scotsman who organized Novi Sad fireworks seriously hurt
Reports on Monday said that he was being treated at the Clinical Center of Vojvodina and that his condition was stable.
Tanjug is reporting, citing local media, that the man is believed to be Mike Knox - one of those who co-designed the fireworks and directed the display.
There has been no official confirmation of this yet.

BELGRADE - Serbian Ambassador to Croatia Mira Nikolic on Thursday declined to accept Zagreb's note of protest over an allegedly ethnically motivated incident in Sonta, northwestern Serbia.
Another Serbian product has protected geographical origin
This brand joins Futog cabbage and Fruska Gora lime honey as a protected product, a statement said.
Begec and Futog are towns near Novi Sad, the administrative center of Vojvodina. Mt. Fruska Gora is also located in Serbia's northern province.
