Once a War Criminal, Always a War Criminal?
The question of rehabilitation and reintegration of war criminals has not attracted much attention either in the countries of the former Yugoslavia or internationally. This is somewhat odd considering that 59 of 91 individuals sentenced by the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, ICTY have already been released from prison after serving sentences for grave crimes.

Bosnian Serb Hague Convict Faces New War Crime Trial
Former Bosnian Serb Army unit commander Dragoljub Kunarac, who is already serving a war crimes sentence in Germany, will be tried again for committing crimes against humanity in Foca in 1992.
Hague Tribunal Frees Bosnian Serb War Criminal
The International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on Wednesday granted early release to Ranko Cesic, who was convicted of torturing, raping and murdering Bosniak and Croat detainees at the Luka detention camp in 1992.
