Belgrade Condemns Kosovo’s Invalidation of Votes from Serbia
Serbia has condemned as a "chauvinistic farce" a decision by electoral authorities in Kosovo to declare invalid more than 3,700 votes sent from Serbia during an October parliamentary election in the former Serbian province.

The head of the Serbian Office for Kosovo and Metohija added that the document's goal was to "collapse the dialogue."
"What they have adopted has nothing to do with intent to reach an agreement. This is a wish-list of the separatists in Pristina, an unrealistic document aimed at bringing down the dialogue and ruining it," Djuric told a press conference.
Serb List to be "united" for local elections in Kosovo

Kosovo Serb University Not in Danger, Belgrade
Serbian officials have rushed to quash rumours that the only Serbian university in Kosovo could be placed under the control of the Kosovo government.
Pavle Dimitrijevic, head of the Bureau for Social Research, BIRODI, told BIRN that rumours that the University of Pristina could be integated into independent Kosovo's institutions were false.

Community of Serb Municipalities "no threat to Albanians"
Marko Djuric says that the future Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) in Kosovo is "no threat of any kind to (ethnic) Albanian population."
Its goal, the head of the Serbian Office for Kosovo and Metohija told the state broadcaster RTS, is to "protect Serbs in the province."
