Actor Ray Liotta, who starred in Martin Scorsese's gangster classic "Goodfellas," has died suddenly in the Dominican Republic, officials and police said on May 26. He was 67.

Netflix debuts Scorsese's 'Irishman' trailer with De Niro, Pacino
Netflix on July 31 unveiled the trailer for Martin Scorsese's long-awaited new film, "The Irishman," a major project for the streaming giant featuring powerhouse Oscar winners Robert de Niro, Al Pacino and Joe Pesci, all digitally enhanced to look younger.
Mafia island is not exclusively for mobsters…
The island of Mafia has nothing to do with any of the characters in ‘The Goodfellas’, or ‘The Godfather’, except of course if Robert De Niro or Joe Pesci happened to visit the archipelago of Tanzania. The island’s airport named ‘Mafia Airport’ is located in Tanzania. It’s name derives from the Arabic word ‘morfiyeh’, which means archipelago.
