Algerian man nabbed in Athens on European arrest warrant

A 44-year-old Algerian national wanted by Belgian authorities for supporting a terrorist was arrested in the area of Agios Panteleimonas, central Athens, on Thursday.

The man is accused of giving 250-300 euros to a member of a terrorist organization who was active in Belgium from November 2014 to January 2015, according to the European arrest warrant.
