A Turkish court on Thursday decided to seize the assets of 12 fugitive suspects, including ringleader of FETÖ, in the 2007 murder case of a prominent Armenian-Turkish journalist unless they return to the country, according to a judicial source.

A Turkish court handed down prison terms to former police chiefs, gendarmerie officers and others linked to FETÖ for a cover-up related to the murder of Hrant Dink, a prominent Turkish-Armenian journalist who was shot dead in front of his Istanbul office in 2007.

An Istanbul court has finally accepted a prosecutor's third indictment into the murder of Hrant Dink in which 51 suspects, including the U.S.-based Islamic preacher Fethullah Gülen, former prosecutor Zekeriya Öz and former daily Zaman Editor-in-Chief Ekrem Dumanlı, are accused of murdering the prominent Armenian-Turkish journalist, Doğan News Agency reported May 29. 

U.S.-based Islamic preacher Fethullah Gülen and former prosecutor Zekeriya Öz have been named among the suspects in a third indictment prepared by an Istanbul prosecutor into the murder of Armenian-Turkish journalist Hrant Dink, state-run Anadolu Agency has reported.
