Historic Halicarnassus walls to come to light
A restoration project has been implemented to unravel the Halicarnassus Walls, which were built by the Karian Satrap Mausolos 2,400 years ago in Bodrum, under the scope of which salvage excavation, cleaning and landscaping works have been ongoing.

Gold crown of Hecatomnus returned to Turkey: Culture minister
A gold crown stolen in 392 B.C. from the burial chamber of Hecatomnus in the Aegean town of Milas and later smuggled to Scotland has returned to Turkey, Turkish Culture and Tourism Minister Numan Kurtulmuş has said.
A very special project for the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus

Untouched ancient burial chamber found in Turkey's Muğla
A burial chamber dating back to 2,400 years ago was recently unearthed at a construction site in the southwestern province of Muğla's Milas district.
Milas Archaeology Museum officials found 103 artifacts in the burial chamber, untouched and unlooted for millennia, which is thought to have belonged to a wealthy local family.
