The actor spoke about the time when he was addicted to alcohol and drugs.

Al Pacino says he stopped all substance abuse as he noticed it affecting his memory.

The Hollywood star has previously opened up about his struggles with addiction, to both alcohol and drugs, as part of his effort to cope with fame.

Al Pacino: Clarifies that he is not in a relationship with the 30-year-old mother of his son – “We are friends,” he says.

The actor also noted that he has never been interested in marriage.

Al Pacino clarified that he is not in a relationship with the mother of his son, Noor Alfallah, but they are good friends.

‘The Godfather’ star James Caan dies at 82

James Caan, the tough-guy U.S. actor best known for playing tragic and hot-tempered gangster heir Sonny Corleone in "The Godfather," has died aged 82, his manager said on July 7.

Caan, who also had roles in "Misery," "Thief" and "Rollerball," received an Oscar nomination for his portrayal of a mafia family's eldest son in Francis Ford Coppola's 1972 classic "The Godfather."

Pacino turns Nazi hunter in TV series debut for Amazon

In a screen career spanning more than five decades, it has taken Al Pacino until now to act in a television series. He is starring in "Hunters", a new show for Amazon Prime that is due to be released today.

The series, about a band of Nazi hunters in New York in the 1970s, is inspired by a true story, a "love letter" to the show creator's late grandmother who survived Holocaust.

Anthony Hopkins, Al Pacino and Josh Duhamel are in New Orleans, shooting their new movie together, titled “Beyond Deceit”.

 

The movie is a thriller which involves a young lawyer (Josh Duhamel) who takes up a case against a ruthless Big Pharma boss (Anthony Hopkins). However, Duhamel finds himself quickly embroiled in a corruption case with himself as the main suspect.
