Restoration of the Jesuit Palace on Naxos gets the green light
Constructed in the 17th century, the Jesuit Palace (aka the Jesuit Monastery of Kalamitsia) is in the region of Kalamitsia on Naxos. In the 18th century, the monastery came under Catholic orders and since then it has been owned by the Naxos Catholic Foundation. It is listed as a historical monument.
Pope Francis Visits Thailand
Pope Francis departed from Rome to Thailand tonight. His 32nd trip abroad will then take him to Japan, according to France Press.
The first Jesuit pope will visit two countries where Christianity was introduced by Jesuit missionaries in the mid-16th century.

Francis said that he saw the psychoanalyst weekly for about six months when he was 42 years old.

Pope Francis speaks about peace and war
Pope Francis spoke before 7,000 children about war, peace, juvenile prisons and the rest he needs.
“Many men in power do not wish for peace, for they live from war profits. They gain much more from war than peace”, stated the Pope towards the onlooking children.
He also added that peace is a product of love, that takes effort and care.
