Bosnian Serb Ex-Police Chief Seeks Srebrenica Genocide Acquittal
The defence lawyer for Dragomir Vasic urged the Bosnian state court in Sarajevo on Monday to clear his client of assisting in the forcible resettlement of Bosniaks from Srebrenica in July 1995 as well as the capture and execution of men and boys in Bratunac, Srebrenica and Zvornik.
"There's been no helicopter crash in eastern Bosnia"
According to media reports, there had instead been "a malfunction on the (electric power) transmission lines" in the area.
Earlier on Monday, the locals reported to the police that "at around 12.30 pm, a helicopter crashed in the area of Bratunac in inaccessible terrain."
Zvornik Terror Debate Divides Bosnian MPs
Bosnia's House of Representatives adopted an official statement about the recent attack on a police station in the eastern town of Zvornik after almost a day of ethnically-charged debates.
On Thursday evening, MPs adopted a conclusion condemning the attack on Zvornik police station as a terrorist act.

Officer killed, two more wounded in Zvornik attack
ZVORNIK - One police officer was killed and two others were wounded late Monday around 7 p.m. when a gunman broke into a police station in Zvornik, a town in Republika Srpska near the Serbian border, Spokesman of the Republika Srpska Interior Ministry Milan Salamadija said.
The attacker shouting "Allahu Akbar" (God is greatest) was shot dead during the attack, Salamadija said.
