Bulgaria has Paid almost 400 Million Euros for the Import of Azeri Gas
Bulgaria has paid over 383 million euros for the purchase of Azeri gas in 2022. This was reported by the Russian news agency "Interfax" on Wednesday, citing unpublished data from the European Statistics Agency.
The amount represents an eightfold increase compared to the previous year, the agency notes.

Organic Farming Booms in Bulgaria and Croatia
Bulgaria and Croatia are the EU member states with highest growing organic farming sectors in the 28-nation bloc, the latest data from the European Statistics Agency, Eurostat, show.
While the total area of organic production in the EU-28 from 2012 to 2016 grew by 18.7 per cent, in Bulgaria, the growth rate was over 310 per cent, and in Croatia it was 193.4 per cent.

More Greek children face risk of poverty
More than a third, or 37.8 percent, of children aged up to 17 in Greece were at risk of poverty and social exclusion in 2015, compared to 28.7 percent in 2010, according to a report published by the European Statistics Agency (Eurostat).
