Energotehnika Juzna Backa to dewater "Tamnava"
BELGRADE - The Novi Sad-based Energotehnika Juzna Backa and Romanian SC NESS Proiect Europa SRL are tasked with draining water and sludge from the open-pit coal mine “Tamnava-West Field", based on the tender invited by public company Electric Power Industry of Serbia (EPS) and Kolubara Mining Basin.

RSD 2 billion needed for repair of flood-defence facilities

Mali: Belgrade protected from surging Sava, Danube
BELGRADE - Belgrade Mayor Sinisa Mali stated on Tuesday morning that sandbag levees have been put up on the banks of the Sava and the Danube near Zemunski Kej, an urban neighborhood of Belgrade, thus protecting the capital from flood surge.
