Senior School Students Resume In-Person Learning in February

There is agreement that some of the students - probably the 7th, 8th and 12th grades - will resume in-person classes in schools from February 4. This will be done in alternation of students, since some students were not more than 12 weeks in schools, but studied online, told journalists Deputy Minister of Education and Science Tanya Mihaylova.

Thousands of Students are Taking Bulgarian Language and Literature Exams

Over 55,000 students are taking Bulgarian language and literature exams. Journalist from the Monitor newspaper Stella Marinova was chosen by lot made by Deputy Minister Tanya Mihaylova to generate the Bulgarian language and literature test for the state exam today, reports bgnes. 

4506 Cases of Harassment and Bullying have been Registered in Schools in Bulgaria

There were 4506 cases of aggression and harassment during the past academic year. This was announced by Tanya Mihaylova, Deputy Minister of Education at the round table "Aggression in the Bulgarian Society - A Necessity to Counteract" in the Parliament, reports sega. 

There were 402 cases of violence against children and 39 cases of violence against teachers.
