Serbia signs agreement with EBRD on urgent reconstruction of railway infrastructure
BELGRADE - Under an agreement signed in the Serbian government building on Tuesday, Serbia will receive a 50 mln euro EBRD loan for urgent reconstruction of its railway infrastructure.
Ristic meets with EBRD's Colangeli
BELGRADE - Serbian Minister of Information and Telecommunications Dejan Ristic met with the EBRD Director for the Western Balkans Matteo Colangeli in Belgrade on Monday.
The parties said successful implementation of joint projects would be continued.

EBRD invests record 846 mln euros in Serbia in 2023
BELGRADE - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) invested a record 846 mln euros in Serbia in 2023, up by nearly 200 mln euros from 2022 and well above the previous all-time high of 679 mln euros in 2020.
This made Serbia one of the top five recipients of EBRD investments for the first time, the bank said in a statement.
Serbian gov't signs agreement on 80 mln euro EBRD loan
BELGRADE - Under an 80 mln euro loan agreement signed by the Serbian government with the EBRD on Friday, 70 mln euros will go to further construction of science and technology parks in Serbia, with the remaining 10 mln to go to the BIO4 campus in Belgrade.
Agreements signed on EBRD loan for Serbian energy sector
BELGRADE - Serbian Deputy PM and Finance Minister Sinisa Mali and EBRD regional director Matteo Colangeli signed agreements on a 300 mln dollar loan for the Serbian power generation sector on Wednesday.
The agreements were signed by Miroslav Tomasevic, director of the national power company EPS, and Grzegorz Zielinski, head of Energy Europe at EBRD.
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development appointed a new director
Today, the Minister of Finance in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Sinia Mali, met with the new Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for the Western Balkans, Matteo Colangeli, as well as with the former Director of that international financial institution, Zsuzsanna Hargitai.
