Greece ratifies aviation deal with China
Greece's Parliament ratified an agreement for aviation services between Greece and China on Thursday.
The agreement had been signed in Beijing on November 3, 2023 by Infrastructure and Transport Minister Christos Staikouras, who was a member of a delegation by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis to China.

Greek PM reshuffles government after poor EU election showing
Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis has reshuffled his government, his spokesman announced on June 14, following disappointing results for his right-wing New Democracy (ND) party in last week's European Parliament elections.
The posts of interior, migration and labor ministers changed hands, as did the agriculture and rural development portfolios.

Greek PM replaces development, labor ministers in cabinet reshuffle
Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis appointed on Friday a new development minister and replaced his labor minister in a cabinet reshuffle aimed at helping Greece deal with a high cost of living.
Takis Theodorikakos was named development minister, while Niki Kerameus took the labor ministry's portfolio.
Mitsotakis kept his finance minister Kostis Hatzidakis unchanged.
Key legislation and development plans presented at Greek cabinet meeting
Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will preside over a Monday morning ministerial council meeting at the Maximos Mansion, where significant legislative proposals will be introduced.
Interior Minister Niki Kerameos and Deputy Minister Vivi Charalampogianni will unveil a bill focusing on incentives and rewards for public servants.
Ministers sworn in following mini cabinet reshuffle
The new ministers were sworn in at the Presidential Mansion on Thursday, following the mini cabinet reshuffle that took place on Wednesday.
The ceremony was presided over by President Katerina Sakellaropoulou in attandance of the Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.

The five new ministers who were appointed by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis in an unexpected mini reshuffle on Wednesday afternoon will be sworn in on Thursday afternoon.
Mitsotakis and Christodoulides to take part in inaugural Greece-Cyprus High-Level Cooperation Council
After jointly attending the humanitarian conference convened by French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris, Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Cypriot President Nikos Christodoulides returned to Athens for the inaugural Greece-Cyprus High-Level Cooperation Council. The Council is scheduled to commence at 12 p.m., with joint press statements to follow.
