BELGRADE - The Serbian average net monthly wage in October was 98,538 dinars, according to figures released by the national statistical office RZS.

The average gross wage was 136,173 dinars.

Average gross and net wages in January-October were up by 14.4 pct y-o-y in nominal terms and by 9.3 pct y-o-y in real terms.

The residential property price index (RPPI) rose by 26.8 percent annually in nominal terms in October, but home prices declined by 14.7 percent year-on-year in real terms, data from the Central Bank has shown.

The pace of increase of the index in nominal terms slowed from 27.4 percent in September.

BELGRADE - The Serbian economy continues to grow and develop, as confirmed by the latest statistical data indicating that Serbia's GDP grew by 3.8 pct in Q4 2023, compared to 2.5 pct growth during the entire last year, Serbian Finance Minister Sinisa Mali said in a statement.

BELGRADE - Serbia's real GDP was up by 3.8 pct y-o-y in Q4 2023, the Serbian national statistical office RZS said on Wednesday in a flash estimate of constant-price GDP growth.

The RZS also said a more detailed GDP calculation for Q4 2023, performed at lower aggregation levels, would be published on February 29.
