In an interview aired on TRT TV station on Monday, Deputy Minister to the Prime Minister Thanasis Kontogeorgis spoke about the approval of the state budget by the parliamentary majority.

The Greek government plans to introduce measures to improve banking sector competitiveness and ensure it serves the public effectively, Deputy Minister to the Prime Minister Thanasis Kontogeorgis said Monday.

Greek politics and the country's government do listen to the market and to science, but need to do more in order to satisfy the corporate and scientific requirements, concluded the second "AGORA, the Corporate Affairs Forum" on Thursday in Athens.
