In Kherson, Russian collaborators are being hunted

Australian authorities have advised citizens to refrain from traveling to Ukraine and Australians who are there to leave as soon as possible. This was announced on Monday by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Australian Union, quoted by TACC.

The Parliament in Ukraine on Thursday confirmed Volodymyr Groysman as the country's new Prime Minister, following the resignation of Arseniy Yatsenyuk earlier this week.

Groysman, until now Parliament Speaker since 2014, was backed by 257 MPs, out of 390 who voted.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk will submit his resignation to the country's parliament next week.

Yatsenyuk made this announcement in his weekly appearance on TV on Sunday, saying that his resignation will be tabled to parliament on Tuesday.

Yatsenyuk blamed the failure of politicians to "enact real changes", the BBC quotes him as saying.

Turkey and Ukraine have deepened political, military and economic ties through consecutive high-level visits following the Turkish military's downing of a Russian warplane in November 2015 and the deterioration in ties between Ankara and Moscow. 

The editor in chief of the Ukrainian publication Neteshinskiy Vestnik has been murdered, as reported by the Bulgarian National Television.

Two famous Ukrainian journalists have been shot dead in Kiev, as announced by local media.

The names of the killed men are Oles Buzina and Sergei Suhobok, OFF News reported.

The former has been shot mere minutes ago in the yard fo his home, as announced by the Deputy Chair of the Right sector party, Anna Demit.

Inflation in Ukraine is currently forecast at 26% for this year, according to the country's Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

His statement comes against the backdrop of Kiev's effort to avoid bankruptcy through international assistance and to keep its economy afloat as the latter is suffering from the conflict with Russia.
