Royal Mail owner accepts Czech billionaire's takeover
The owner of Britain's struggling Royal Mail said Wednesday it had accepted a takeover proposal from Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky worth 3.6 billion pounds ($4.6 billion).
It comes after Kretinsky's conglomerate EP Group formalized an improved offer for International Distribution Services (IDS).

Royal Mail facing ‘systemic failure’

Britain's Royal Mail has "systemically failed" to meet its mail delivery requirement, lawmakers have said, calling upon regulator Ofcom to probe the postal operator.
"We believe that Royal Mail has systemically failed to deliver against parts of its universal service obligation," read a report from the cross-party Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy Committee.

Union intervenes as Wolt starts tagging couriers
Ljubljana – The Mladi Plus youth trade union, which has been pushing for improved working conditions at food delivery companies Wolt and Glovo, intervened in Ljubljana on Friday as Wolt started tagging its couriers to curb traffic violations. Opposition to the tagging was also announced by Labour Minister Luka Mesec.

Bosnia’s Judiciary Still Reluctant to Answer Emailed FOI Requests
Nearly 10 per cent of judicial institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina which responded to BIRN's FOI request insisted that requests for access to information be submitted in person or by mail, while some offered fax as an alternative.
BIRN sent inquiries to 96 courts and prosecutors' offices on how they receive requests for free access to information.
