Stjepanovic wins bronze in 400m freestyle
DOHA - Serbia's best swimmer Velimir Stjepanovic won bronze in 400m freestyle at the World Swimming Championships on Friday.
In the final race, Stjepanovic scored the time of 3:38.17 minutes and won the first medal for the Serbian team at the world swimming championships.
In August, Stjepanovic won gold in 400m freestyle in the Olympic pool at the European championship.
The winner of the Friday finale in Doha is Hungary's Peter Bernek, while Britain's James Guy won silver.
