Russian military parachutes for Special Brigade

PANCEVO - The Armed Force of the Russian Federation will donate 10 military parachutes to the Special Brigade of the Serbian Armed Forces.

The protocol on donation was signed in Pancevo on Wednesday by Special Brigade Chief of Staff Miroljub Cubic and Russian Defense Attaché Valery Volkov.

This donation represents continuation of the bilateral cooperation between the Serbian Armed Forces and the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, which was very successful this year, the Serbian Army said on its website.

This year, members of the Serbian Armed Forces took part in a tank biathlon at the Alabino range near Moscow, and the Military Orchestra Nis performed at the Spasskaya Tower international music festival in Moscow.

The paratroopers of Serbia and the Russian Federation realized training at the Airborne Academy in Ryazan, and staged the live fire exercise "Srem 14" in Nikinci, Serbia.
