Ship-owner hosted Tsipras for the summer is included in Lagarde list

Former Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras uses Lagarde list issue for his election campaign saying yesterday that no one should dare to put any obstacles to the efforts of justice to investigate the names of Lagarde list warning that anyone who would try to stop this effort “will have to do with SYRIZA and me personally”.

Mr. Tsipras raises now Lagarde list issue, because a consultant of former Prime Minister Antonis Samaras is included in that list.

However, Alexis Tsipras has not commented on whether there is an ethical issue due to the fact that he spent some days at the holiday house of Greek ship-owner Athanasios Martinos who is included in Lagarde list.

Proto Thema revealed the photos of the former PM and his friends having a good time, while Greece was in capital controls period, in the house of a person who is included in Lagarde list.

Whether it is right or wrong for a PM to enjoy luxury vacations accompanied by business men is something which will be judged by history.

However, Mr. Alexis Tsipras is called to answer to some questions. Who paid for his stay at the villa? Did the ship-owner host former PM? Was the villa rented by a friend of Mr. Tsipras? Is the villa still rented for the rest of year? Was there any receipt issued?
