Walking Dead fan kills friend in New Mexico thinking he has turned into a zombie (vid)

A Walking Dead fan in Albuguergue, New Mexico, budgeoned his friend to death after a marathon viewing of the Walking Dead. Damon Perry, aged 23, states he attacked his friend Christopher Paquin, aged 23, with kicks and shap objects including items such as a guitar and a microwave oven.

He said that he had been watching the show and drinking copious amount of alcohol when he felt his friend had changed into a zombie. The binge drinking and marathon watching of bloodshed began to play tricks on his mind.

The police describe the murder as one of the weirdest and most gruesome homicides. The preliminary hearing for Perry is scheduled on November 3. The young man is being held at the Cibila County Detention Center.
