Equality as a guide

All Greek citizens must be equal before the law. Especially in matters of family law, which belong to the narrow core of private life, the legislator must free individual will. 

This elementary constitutional principle of equality - which primarily protects vulnerable minorities, without submitting to the supposed opinion of the majority - must be the guide for the current Parliament.
