Ancient footprints discovered in Bursa
Footprints dating back to the Neolithic period (6,400 B.C.) have been discovered during excavations in Barçın tumulus in the northwestern province of Bursaâs YeniÅehir district.
Koç University academic, Rana Ãzbal, said works had been continuing in Barçın tumulus since 2007 under the coordination of the Culture and Tourism Ministry and the Dutch Research Institute.

BELGRADE -- Serbian Minister of Trade Rasim Ljajić and Canadian Foreign Minister John Baird an investment promotion and protection agreement between the two countries.
The document was signed on Monday at the Serbian government headquarters in Belgrade, in the presence of Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić.
Bulgaria's Outlook 2020 Officially Approved
The working paper called Outlook 2020: Bulgaria and NATO in European Defense has been unanimously approved at Monday's Council of Ministers session, the ministerial press office says.
In a statement sent to the media, the office adds that the Outlook will be put forward for a public debate in the coming days.
Foul Play Alleged in Macedonia PM Slander Case
The court hearing Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski’s slander case against opposition Social Democrats leader Zoran Zaev refused on Monday to accept the recording of the telephone call as evidence.
It also refused to question Gruevski’s former associate Den Doncev, a potentially key witness for the defence, whose voice is also on the tape, the opposition alleges.
Arrest Warrants Issued for Kosovo Serb Politicians
The EU rule-of-law mission, EULEX, issued the arrest warrants on Monday after Stevan Vulovic, the mayor of the Zubin Potok municipality, and Slavisa Ristic, a former mayor of Zubin Potok, failed to turn up for interviews with a prosecutor.
