Alparslan Çelik, the alleged killer of Oleg Peshkov, the pilot of the Russian jet downed by Turkey on Nov. 24, 2015, according to Moscow, was detained in the Aegean province of ?zmir on March 30. 

Architect Zaha Hadid dies aged 65

Architect Dame Zaha Hadid died aged 65 following a heart attack on Thursday in a Miami hospital, where she was being treated for bronchitis.

The British designer, who was born in Iraq, was the first woman to receive the Royal Institute of British Architects Gold Medal in recognition of her work.

Advanced 4G to come online in Turkey April 1

Advanced 4G technologies, dubbed 4.5G technologies, were set to come online in Turkey in the early hours of April 1 after months of preparation, according to the country's communications minister. Mobile internet speed is expected to accelerate by 10 times with the launch of the new technologies.
