Fire Department: 43 agroforestry fires in the last 24 hours
A total of 43 agroforestry fires were reported across the country in the last 24 hours. Of those, the Fire Department says 39 were dealt with immediately, at their initial stage, while firefighters are still dealing with 4.

There have been 22 confirmed cases of plague peste des petits ruminants (PPR) in Greece so far. According to current data, twenty of these cases are located in Thessaly, one in Corinth, and one in Attica.
Ireland: Helicopter crashes into building – Reports of casualties
A helicopter crashed into a building in Ireland today, causing casualties, according to police reports.
The incident took place near Kilucan in County Westmeath, Ireland, around 3:30 PM local time (5:30 PM Greek time), confirmed by the Irish police.
Police and emergency services are at the crash site.
