Day of mourning for workers who died in Siberia

BELGRADE -- The Serbian government has declared Thursday, February 12, a day of mourning for six Serbian workers who died in a fire in Siberia, Russia.

BELGRADE - Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic called on Russian Ambassador in Belgrade Alexander Chepurin to carry out a thorough investigation about the fire in peninsula Yamal which claimed lives of six Serbian workers.

MOSCOW - Six workers from Serbia died in a fire that broke out at a building site on the Yamal Peninsula in Siberia, and three were injured, Serbian Ambassador in Moscow Slavenko Terzic has said.
