Australian-owned investment group Macquarie, which is well-known in Greece after acquiring 49% of DEDDIE, bought 50% of Enel Green Power Hellas to co-manage the renewable energy plants in operation and is focusing on financing Sea.

Italy's Enel is expected to finalize a deal by May for the sale of around a 50% stake in its Greek renewables unit to Australia-based Macquarie Group, two sources close to the matter said on Thursday.
